Harper's Field: Strength Plus

Strength Plus at Harper's Field, Keep your body strong, improve your balance, and keep your joints moving in a supervised group setting. Perfect for any age group, whether you’re beginning your exercise journey or building on it—in a welcoming and social environment

We offer two Strength Plus classes each week as part of an 8-week program:

  • Tuesdays: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
  • Wednesdays: 9:30am – 10:15am

The Next Block

Due to Christmas, we decided to shorten the block to run for only 6 weeks. This block commences:

  • Tuesday, November 4th until Tuesday, December 9th.
  • Wednesday, November 5th until Wednesday, December 10th.

Come and try sessions are available to purchase if you missed out on purchasing the full 8 week block!

If you want to join the block of classes but aren't able to attend one week, if you let us know in advance we can work with you to find a solution :)

We offer a Come & Try pass for just $15, giving you the chance to join one class and see if it’s the right fit for you. If you love it and want to continue, we’ll help you purchase a pack for the rest of the block.

You can book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both.


Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
If you know in advance you’ll miss certain sessions, get in touch, with enough notice, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
