Harper's Field: Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates
These classes allow new parents to focus on recovery and strength while bonding with their little ones.
Our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates classes are designed to support postnatal recovery in a safe, supportive environment. We offer two class options each week across an 8-week block:
- Mondays: 12:45pm – 1:30pm
- Wednesdays: 1:30pm – 2:15pm
- Select "Group Sessions" above our services
- Select "Harpers Field"
- Select your preferred class
- Book your $15 once off session

The Current Block

Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
