Harper's Field: Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates
These classes allow new parents to focus on recovery and strength while bonding with their little ones.
Our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates classes are designed to support postnatal recovery in a safe, supportive environment. We offer two class options each week across an 8-week block:
- Mondays: 12:45pm – 1:30pm
- Wednesdays: 1:30pm – 2:15pm

The Current Block
The current block finishes on:
- Tuesday, October 28th
- Wednesday, October 29th

The Next Block
Due to Christmas, we decided to shorten the block to run for only 6 weeks. This block commences:
- Monday, November 3nd until Monday, December 8th.
- Wednesday November 5th until Wednesday, December 10th.

Come and try sessions are available to purchase if you missed out on purchasing the full 8 week block!
If you want to join the block of classes but aren't able to attend one week, if you let us know in advance we can work with you to find a solution :)
We offer a Come & Try pass for just $15, giving you the chance to join one class and see if it’s the right fit for you. If you love it and want to continue, we’ll help you purchase a pack for the rest of the block.
If you wish to sign up for a "Come & Try" session, please fill out the form below and select the class/classes that you are interested in trying.
We offer a waitlist for any classes that are full. Simply fill out the form below for a Come and Try session and we’ll be in touch, or give us a call on 08 7325 6600 – we’d love to help you secure a spot!

You can book the full 8-week block for Mondays, Wednesdays, or both.
Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
If you know in advance you’ll miss certain sessions, get in touch, with enough notice, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
