Pre/Post Natal Women are welcome to join our Reformer Pilates Classes with members of our My Local Women's Health team below after an Initial Reformer Assessment is undertaken.
Yearly Reassessments
Reformer Pilates at My Local Physio Plus are eligible for health insurance rebates. However, we recommend a yearly reassessment due to potential changes in your health conditions and the continuously evolving requirements set by insurance providers. These reassessments are essential to ensure you're progressing towards your specific goals and to maintain your eligibility for rebates. If you do not attend these reassessments, there is a risk that your rebates may be rejected, and you may be required to reimburse any previously claimed rebates.

All Reformer Classes are 45 Minutes long at Pelican Plaza.

For hygiene and safety, please wear grippy socks during your sessions. These can be purchased at reception.

- Casual class: $35
- 5-class pack: $160 ($32/class)
- 10-class pack: $300 ($30/class)
